Sale Restriction based on Customer-Item combination

Hi,

Sharing a scenario where sale of particular category of items are restricted to particular customer if sale target for Customer-Item combination is reached.

Scenario:

Item Category: IC-A

Sale amount allocated to customer for items belonging to 'IC-A': $10000

Sale so far: $9900

New Sale order having 10 lines where 4 line items belong to 'IC-A' pricing to $101. Then sale should be restricted.

Please suggest the solution or any workaround like if separate SO to be created for such items.
