Siebel IP17 db installation and SMC Configuration

Hi Team,

We are installing siebel IP17, so far we have completed with the following steps:

1. Oracle db and client.

2. Keystore/truststore

3. Siebel Gateway, Server & db configuration utility

4. Siebel Application Interface

5. User and role creation

Now we are trying to install siebel db, as per bookshelf, we are running CreateDbSrvrEnvScript which is under /siebsrvr/install_script/install folder, but it is giving error:

No such file or directory

Since this file is not running, is there any other way to create dbenv.sh?

Also, can we proceed with SMC configuration before installing siebel db?

I tried but its failing at security profile setting.
