Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How or when is the F9863 - Object Relationships table populated?

Im trying to determine how or when the F9863 table is populated? Is it with the cross reference build?

We've recently run the xref build but do not when searching for tables used by a BSFN nothing is returned.
