LS Pharma Call Signature Migration BC missing in tools

Trying to follow the LifeSciences guide to migrating signatures from high interactivity to open UI, but the LS Pharma Call Signature Migration BC and view LS Pharma Signature Migration Administration View (with button) don't exist in tools. Can we just create the BC and call the business service from a server task?
