Self Assessed Tax line has 0 Qty

We have just applied RPC 5 patch due to which the self assessed tax lines are interfaced to Projects through Interface Supplier Cost. Due to this we are seeing that Self Assessed tax lines have quantity as 0 in PA_EXPENDITURE_ITEMS_ALL table, but it has raw amount correctly populated. Is there any way we can fix this?
