change language AMERICAN_AMERICA.AR8ISO8859P6 to AMERICAN_AMERICA.AR8MSWIN1256

Hi Experts,

We are having a oracle EBS 12.1.3 with 11.2.0.4 database . Our application team wants to change from AMERICAN_AMERICA.AR8ISO8859P6  to  AMERICAN_AMERICA.AR8MSWIN1256.

How i wil do this changes, Can i changed the NLS character set or there is any alter command to changed the language.

Please advice me.
