File Folders FOLDER xxxxxxx already exists

Hello All,

Am facing a strange issue. Recently we refreshed one of our lower environments with Prod DB dump (9.3.5). Then we restored the file vault configuration of this lower environment to what was initially, as after the dump from prod was imported it was changed to prod filevault naturally. Now when I try to upload any file to this environment, it is giving me error that File Folders FOLDER xxxxx already exists.

Any idea from anyone how it can be rectified?
