Why Net change is not allowed while collecting Shipment and booking history in Planning Central

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

I am surprised to see that Net change is not supported for collecting "Shipment and History" entity in Cloud Planning Central. If anyone help me to understand why it was removed would be great.
