When change value of Col "Latest Modified" data?

Hi,

End user say he change "data selection" or secuenci or OP report today, but I notice data is older, seems the BV doesn't change the col latest modified data.

this is working as designed?

does data update col "Latest Modified"  when end user change something?

When change value of Col "Latest Modified" data?
