Oracle ebs 12.2.7 - Servlet Agent is down

Greetings,

We have installed Oracle ebs 12.2.7, following the instructions in Doc ID 2230783.1. The installation was successful, however, the Web Component Status shows that the Servlet Agent is down and the Servlet Ping in diagnostics tells that "Requested resource or page is not allowed in this site".

Any help would be appreciated
