PO Import business rules

Is there a form or a configuration screen, where we can enter the relevant business rules (custom) for data validations, which can later be imported into PO using the standard PO Import process?

If I need to add more validations or turn off the validations, this feature should allow me to do so.

Do we have this kind of feature available anywhere ? Please let me know.
