Shipping-Transportation outbound interface - Child, Concurrent Request Output

We are using the Shipping Transportation Outbound Interface concurrent request in two organizations. The ship to organization is set by default. In the output of the Shipping-Transportation outbound interface - Child request, failed deliveries are appearing which belong to the other organization. How can I update the concurrent request to only generate output for the deliveries for the ship to organization specified?

The problem that this is causing is that users are confused as the request ends in error, when there are no errored deliveries for their organization. It also makes analysis difficult as deliveries for a different org are appearing in the output for another org
