Issue on upgrade from 12.1.2.7.0 to 12.2.1.2.2

This is a 2 node RAC cluster.

OS = OL 6.9

RDBMS = 11.2.0.4

As subject suggested; installing/upgrading TFA as per Oracle Engineer suggested.

They have requested me to create this SR under here.

Below is the snapshot of the root (Unix Admin) install..

And, DBA don't have root privileges :-(

[root@op501t tmp]# ./installTFA-LINUX
