Modify Document Revision Log

Hello Everyone,

I would like to know if there is a way to modify the document revision log ?

I explain my problem :

In detail form of a document business process, I added a Date Picker Data Element. This date will evolve for each new publication of the document (the objective is to link a document version to a P6 Activity Picker to recover P6 Dates).

I need to keep this date for each version of the document but, when I add a new version of the document and change the date, I don't know how to see the old date. My idea is to add it in the Document Revision Log but I don't know if it's possible :
