Self Service Menu Issues

We recently applied the latest Oracle Release 12.1 HRMS RUP10 to our production environment. We've had numerous reports that our users are having issues with the menu's not expanding for them to make various transactions (e.g. address changes, view pay statement, submit vacation). Currently we able to address this by having the users clear their browser cache. We did not encounter this during testing. Have others encountered this issue and/or is there a better solution vs us having each of our users clear cache independently?
