Batch says it is in Use for a Long time

Hi Mentors,

One of the Batch says it is "In Use" and now its been long time it says so. We do have some issues going on while running Sales Update as well. We had BSSV Cloud implementation recently with VERTEX to Validate Geocode and calculate the Taxes and there are queued up Orders to be processed. Last night one sales update version is running and it has not ended yet its been 12 Hrs now. Can anybody suggest to trace out where the Job has got Stuck? The count for sales Update isnt reducing in F4211. ideally it should reduce and
