DB Windows 11.2.0.4 bundle causes DB Control to not start when running in Secure Mode

Hi Everyone,

Just a heads up.  if you are still running an 11.2.0.4 DB Control Console and you applied the DB Windows Bundle for July or Oct 2017, your console will not start if its in secure mode.  Development is aware of this and working to create a patch.  In the meantime, the work around is to not install the bundles.  See Note:2324257.1   DB Windows 11.2.0.4 Bundle Patches (July, October 2017) Causes DB Control Startup Failure when Running in Secure Mode (Doc ID 2324257.1)
