How to Release Project Draft Invoice through API or Code

Hi,

We have a requirement to Automatically Release Draft Invoices for project. We are aware of Billing Extension to Approve & Release Draft Invoice, however it will not work for us. Our requirement is user would like to Approve Draft Invoice manually and then want to run a program to Automatically Release all Approved Draft Invoices and populate AR Invoices Number available at Implementation option.

Is there any API or Custom Code Release Draft Invoice for a project ? I was similar post in community from 2012, but no one answered.
