Duplicate email alerts in xadmin

Hi MOSC,

We have recently enabled email alerts in xadmin. We have two xcenter nodes and they are on LB. On both the nodes we have enabled the SMTP settings by editing xcenter.properties file. However we are getting duplicate alerts now. Wanted to know if this setting, enabling SMTP on both the nodes, is right.
