how to setup GZIP compression on iPlanet webserver for IP 2015 PS 11

Hi,

I see many SRs related to enabling compression slowing down the web clients or few features not working . Can anyone suggest the exact steps to enable compression of CSS, JS and image files on iPlanet webserver so that Open UI client works without any performance issues and loss of features?
