Pushing Historic Manual entries to Secondary ledgers

We have added the new secondary ledger to Primary recently and as per my understanding the program "SLA Secondary/ALC Ledger Historic Upgrade" will push only the entries from SLA not from manual Journals created in primary GL.

Please let us know is there any way to push all the historic manual journals to secondary Ledger.
