ODA Oakcli version between the virtual ODA and the Xen hypervisor

ODA is installed with a Xen distribution running the ODA appliance. We found an oakcli version difference between the virtual ODA and the Xen hypervisor. Is there an identical oakcli version for the hypervisor and the appliance, which we need for supervision?
To monitor the hardware, we need the sudo utility on the hypervisor, not installed by default. Can we install it on the hypervisor?
