In 9.2 Full Package fail.

I have install 9.2 and on first DV full package I am getting below error in Build log.

TR 9.2.2.1

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\bin\nmake.exe" /NOLOGO /i  /s  /f \JDEdwards\E920\PLANNER\obj\CALLOBA.mak

************CALLOBA************

NMAKE : fatal error U1073: don't know how to make 'D:\JDEdwards\E920\DV920\package\DV920FE\work\jdertdll.c'
