Siebel UCM error SBL-EAI-04381 while importing Customer Accounts

We are testing customer accounts load into Siebel UCM through interface tables. The source system is generating EIM_UCM_ORG.UCM_EXT_ID field value from a sequene. For the first time load the batch jobs are creating records successfully. In the subsequent iterations, instead of updating the records, the "UCM Batch Manager" job is rejecting the records with error 'SBL-EAI-04381'. Exact error for one record is geven below.

"For instance of Integration Component 'Account', using user key '[Party UId] = "34CB5011-C09C-11e7-B458-001DD8B71D42"', a record with identical values already exists in the Siebel database.
