EBS R12.2.4 RAC coversion better approach

Need to  convert exiting EBS  R12.2.4  having database (11.2.0.4) to  RAC ,In order to minimize   prod downtime ,what would be the best  approach. ( we will having separate hardware for RAC )

1. can we  create  EBS standby  database with RAC  and primary database non RAC (In EBS) ?if yes can you please share the steps and doc

2. once the stand by database  is converted to RAC ,can we switch primary to standby (in  EBS)?if yes can you please share the steps and doc

3.Can we  configure active dataguard for EBS RAC conversion ? if yes can you please share the steps and doc
