Hello, is there a way in Oracle to automatically put customers on credit hold that did not have any

Hello,

We have lots of customers in inactive status so we would like to see if there is any oracle functionality to 'automatically put customers on credit hold that did not have any activity for a period of time'. We are using Oracle Applications : 12.2.3.
