Resource Manager (Unifier) - Is anyone using it?

Our company is looking for Resource Management software and we'd like to know if Unifier's Resource Manager will satisfy the need.  I've reviewed the articles in the Admin guides, but didn't get a clear sense of what it can/will do, or if Schedule Manager is required to be used in conjunction with it.  Any info is appreciated.  Thanks
