Interface Trip Stop - could not find program unit being called error

After installing a patch, we are now getting the following error in Interface Trip Stop SRS log while shipping items out of inventory.

The line of interest: 

INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB: *** SQL error ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called makes me think that relinking might be needed because the referenced package exists.

Any insight would be valuable.

After the event, items are still in inventory, but the sales order line is closed.

The following comes from the Interface Trip Stop SRS log:

     Entering WSH_SHIP_CONFIRM_ACTIONS.PROCESS_INV_ONLINE (WSHDDSHB.pls 120.19.12010000.6) (11/02/2017 03:14:56 PM)

        p_batch_id ==> 24656
