Sql developer running sql*loader using a MAC

Hello,

I have been trying to figure out how I can run sql*loader (or sqlldr) in the sql developer(4.2) application from a macintosh pro laptop.  I can't seem to find any information about doing this.  I don't care if its from a terminal or the application.  I also, could not find a way to use sql*loader with an existing control file.  Can someone please direct me to a documentsthat explains the how to actually run sql*loader versus the documents?  I found,documents which only show me how to create an sql*loader control file with the application but not actually run it on
