EEX 9.1 How to Update Own Transportation Information

We want our employees to be able to update the Transportation Information on their own Employee Profiles.  We have granted access to the page via the Permission List and Role, but when an employee tries to save their profile after adding or changing the Transportation Information, this message is displayed:

"You are not allowed to update your own data. (15,13) .  You attempted to save a record containing an EmplID field whose value matched the value defined in your operator profile.  The system does not allow you to update your own data.  Contact another authorized user to update your data, or contact your system administrator to enable this edit to be overridden."
