P4112 does not create correct journal entries for some Items or Lots

Hello,

I'm using P4112 to issue items. I noticed that it does not create correct journal entries. If I issued 5 items, it creates only journal entries for 1 or 2 items only and ignores remaining items. Knowing that I revised DMAAIs and they are correct. Please advise.
