APP-GMD-81134: No validity rules exist for validity rule specified criteria.

Hello OPM gurus,

I have created formula, recipe and validity rule - all has status Approved for General use.

Formula is created with enabled scaling, Min qty =1, standard qty =1, max qty = 200

If I create manually batch with qty 1, it works fine as expected.

if I create batch with qty from 2 to 200, then there is displayed error - "APP-GMD-81134: No validity rules exist for validity rule specified criteria."

I have double checked that formula, recipe, validity rule, UOM are defined.

Interesting that error happens just on first try. So if I create batch with Qty 2, it shows error. Then I clear Qty field, enter 2 again and click Ok ... and with second time batch is created without any error.
