Depot Repair Job Action to allow SN, PN, PN/SN Update

Depot Repair has been enhanced to improve IB data or at least to allow the same instance to be used even if the Item Number or Serial Number or BOTH are changed during a repair job. In the Repair Job, the Job Action indicates the ability to change the SN, PN or SN and PN while keeping the same instance in the IB. This is idea as it would make associating a new instance with the existing config and contract for the previous instance. However, there is no documentation explaining how to use this feature and it's not intuitive. We've
