How can I fix the prorate convention and bonus depreciation for a tax book after the period has been

We are using Oracle Assets 12.1.3.  We need to change the Prorate Convention and Bonus Depreciation for 2016, but the periods are closed through July 2016.  The analyst has manually calculated the correct depreciation for all the assets.  How do we load the data to make Oracle calculate it correctly going forward?  What needs to be loaded and how do we load it?
