AM Depreciation Reporting Process Failing with Unique Contraint Error

When we run the AM depreciation reporting process for assets which have multiple transfers it is leading to Unique constraint error. We noticed that the chartfield sequence number is Invalid during transfer scenarios.  Is this a delivered bug ?
