Command Line OAKCLI SHOW DATABASE don't working on node1

Hello everyone, I have an ODA x4-2, I recently had to use the show databases command through NODE1 and I got the message that the CLUSTER was not communicating, I checked most of the logs and I did not find anything abnormal except for the fact that some of the network interfaces are not communicating perfectly between the clusters, one of the network cards used in the VIP network is not pinging, although it does not show error packets or dropped on the board.

Would anyone have any ideas or have you ever had a similar situation that could tell me where else to look or even diagnose? I have a call with Oracle dealing with this issue but I would also like to investigate in parallel.
