Is it possible to implement automatic numbering in Project Financial Planning?

We are using version 11.1.2.4 of Project Financial Planning on premises. We have a question, can you help us?

Is it possible to implement automatic numbering in Project Name field of "Add New Capital Project" menu?

It is opened after clicking in Propose New Projects> Enter New Project Details, when user will create a new project.

We would like to create an automatic design number with a simple sequential, such as 00001, 00002, 00003, 00004, 00005 .... and so on.

In this way, the User is not required to put 00001, because it would be generated automatically.

We know that we can load the members (metadata) into the "Project" dimension the sequential number (00001, 00002, 00003, 00004, 00005 ....), however, is it possible to automatically generate this sequential at the opening of the task
