HTP application unable to connect
We have both HFM (Consolidation) and HTP (Tax Provisioning) applications version 11.1.2.4. Both are on the same server and share the same database.
Every other week, we have this issue when the HTP application goes down and our users are unable to connect to the HTP, but the HFM application works perfectly fine without any issues. Below is the message that we have been seeing lately in the application log files. Once we restart the services, everything is back to normal. How can we find out the real cause of this error and make sure it does not happen again?
