Siebel Web Tools Component group was not enabled by default after upgrade to IP2017

Hi Team,

We have completed the IP2017 upgrade from 8.1.1.11  to IP 2017 and completed all the upgrade and post upgrade tasks.

We are able to login to our application and when we checked for Siebel Web Tools component group, which is not showing up in the Component Groups in Sever Configuration screen.

Siebel Web Tools Component group was not enabled by default after upgrade to IP2017. When we try to edit the Server profile in SMC, we are getting error for the Profile name length should be max 32 characters, where as the Profile name is not editable.
