Lockbox ERROR Lockbox amount does not equal sum of receipt amounts

Hello, my question is on standard process lockbox error - "ERROR Lockbox amount does not equal sum of receipt amounts"

I am getting attached (file name OUTPUT_676032) error while trying to process a data file with 1 lockbox and 1 receipt line.

The receipt got created, but I do not understand why mentioned error is seen in process lockbox output.

I understand that in this case, lockbox amount (3589) is not matching with remittance amount (8750.27) as shown in attached data file "o.p823.171106001740.0005.txt", hence the error.

But if that is the case, then how the receipt is getting created. There is no documentation available on this error. Please help. It would also be great if anyone can share any relevant oracle documentation on this if you have.
