Does OCSG support IVR (VXML) application development

I have a requirement to develop an IVR application which receives caller input and push the response to another system using a REST service. The IVR application will be having a welcome message then three options menu and a web service consuming part just before the end of the call.

I read, Oracle OCSG supports SIP protocol. Through a SIP channel, I guess we can receive a call on OCSG platform. Can I run an IVR application against that received call?

Is this possible to do in OCSG? Any reference link, a tutorial will be helpful.

The version of OCSG I have is 6.1.
