R42995 -issue in clearing all committed quantieis

Good day,

This batch application only reposting the open Sales orders.  Is there any way to clear all hard committed and soft committed quantities and keep only quanitities for open Sales orders/ work orders only. 

When I tried it is recalcuating only quantities where there is open sales orders.  If there is no sales orders, these committed quantities are remain there.

Please help, how to clear this committed quantity with a batch program, so that we can schedule this job on daily basis to get actual availability.
