block BLK_PJC automatically added to custom form in R12.1.3

Hi everybody,

I tried to open a custom form developed for EBS 11i in Form Developer 10G with R12.1.3 libraries to recompile. Noticed that a block named BLK_PJC automatically added to the form and cannot removed. Understand that it is something related to 12.1.3 APPSTAND but could not figure out what is this block for. Could you please help.
