Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Document Number/Journal Number are not generating only for Receipts coming from Receivables (AR) to

Hi Team,

Can some one help me on this as this has been pointed by Auditors.

They noticed for one of the operating unit , there were some Receipts Receivables are not having any document number.

For Receivables like , sales invoices , credit memo's we have got the document number in GL, but just for receipts it is not coming through.

I have checked the Profile option , Sequencial Number as Always at GL level.

Can some one help on fixing this , so that going forward we have got the document number for Receipts too in GL
