PAVDVC: PRC: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments rejecte with status "KEY_FLEX_FAIL"

Cost and revenue isn’t showing in oracle for project 11398 task 3 for this expenditure. So I recalculated cost/revenue and ran the process PRC: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments. It is being rejected with the reason “Invalid Accounting Flexfield”
