Integrate EBS to External Application in Browser new tab

Hi All,

EBS Release: 12.2

Jdev version used for External application: 12.2.1.2

We have customer requirement, the customer wants to open the external application from EBS menu in Browser new tab.

Is there any provision to achieve this requirement without wrapper OAF/JSP page or any standard approach achieve this requirement?
