Response Time database - tempo de resposta banco de dados

Good afternoon everyone,

I would like to open here a discussion about database response time (medio).

I have some questions and I would like to check if someone has the knowledge to help.

1) In SQLDeveloper, the instance view screen has an average response time information. How does he calculate this?

2) Can anyone describe the {content} fields of DBA_HIST_SYSMETRIC_HISTORY
DBA_HIST_SYSMETRIC_SUMMARY
V $ SYSMETRIC
?

3) What the 'SQL Service Response Time' and 'Response Time Per Txn' fields represent. And the others. What to analyze to check first to identify performance problem.
