Is there a patch set installer to upgrade weblogic & forms 12.2.1.2 to weblogic & forms 12.2.1.3?

Hi,

We would like to patch our installation of weblogic and forms 12.2.1.2 to version 12.2.1.3. I saw the Oracle documentation for the steps to upgrade these but we would like to confirm if there is an available patch set that we can apply thru OPatch.
