Failure of Web Server Bridge

We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.5 and implementing Oracle Report Manager. When I open a large FSG report from the repository or from the concurrent manager output, I am receiving:

It times out after 5 minutes and presents this error message. Smaller FSG reports will open but the larger ones will not.
