When an event is created with line group and posted it does not create xml document for bidder parti

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

After posting an event, by default pdf is created and when the Allow xml download property is checked it creates xml document along with pdf. This xml document is not created when the event has line group/s. Has anyone tried it? If there is any issue please update.
